 • Lilac
To many, the fragrance of lilac is the very essence of spring evenings, the intoxicating May thunderstorms, and the crisp, poignant air of a final farewell at the school gates. Lilac blooms on the cusp of summer, offering it the fragrant sharpness of spring.
Today, we know of nearly 30 varieties of lilac, from the classic blue-violet to red, white, and even yellow. Lilac made its way to Europe as late as the 16th century, a diplomatic gift from Turkey's Sultan Suleiman the Great to the Austrian Emperor Ferdinand I.
Despite its abundance in nature, lilac is worth its weight in gold in perfumery. The reason is staggering: To yield a single kilogram of its precious oil, more than 40 million flower clusters must be gathered from a full hectare of land.
   • Wisteria
An extraordinarily beautiful climbing plant. In some countries, it is also known by a variant spelling of its former genus, Glycine. When wisteria blooms in summer, it saturates the air with a uniquely sweet perfume from its lavish flower clusters. A wisteria in full bloom is an unmissable, truly spectacular vision, with its branches draped in cascading clusters of purple, pink, or white blossoms. Their delicate and sweet aroma has lent an extraordinary charm to many fragrance compositions.
   • Green tea
The scent of green tea is invigorating, subtle, yet distinctly noticeable and recognizable. Its fresh aroma with a light woody note is perfect for any season. But it is in summer that it truly comes alive, bestowing a refreshing coolness and clarity of sensation. Perfumers appreciate green tea for its barely perceptible scent, which is magnificent for crafting fresh summer fragrances. Green tea notes brilliantly amplify the zest and sharpness of citrus, the crispness of herbal, green, and aquatic notes, and the sharpness of woody tones.

How to correctly apply perfume:

Spray perfume on your hair to prolong the scent's longevity.
Tip: Apply the fragrance to damp hair for a longer-lasting scent.
Points behind the ears
Hot points on the body are areas where the skin is thin, and veins are close to the surface, making them ideal for warming and diffusing the fragrance. Hence, when applying perfume, consider leaving a few drops behind your ears.
Inner elbow
Similar to the areas behind the ears, fragrances also stand out on the inner elbows. Just two drops are enough to enjoy your favorite notes for several hours.
Solar plexus
The body temperature is higher in this area, making the fragrance notes more pronounced.
Back of the knee
The fragrance is highly noticeable behind the knee because the skin warms up when you are in motion.
The unique aspect of this area is that air flows from bottom to top. You may not be able to smell your perfume in this area, but people around you will be able to catch a subtle trail of the fragrance.
