At Joy Jar Wellness, we process and ship all orders within 7–9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Joy Jar Wellness is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Policy

All physical products sold through Joy Jar Wellness are sold on a final sale basis.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To assist you, we require:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or exchange for the affected item. Refunds are not issued for final sale products.
